They prefer people local to the holmdel area (not sure what local means I guess with in like 20 minutes doing the speed limit or what ever.) And I think it is like $7 something an hour. I'm doing it as a side job just to gain a little extra cash. They aren't desperate for help to the point where you can negotiate. They have enough people to operate. They are just trying to see if they can find some reliable people to make sure they always have enough coverage.
