the guy i got it off of said everything ran/worked fine so i assume yes. If you get it and it doesnt ill mail you what ever you get it for back. Unless you want to take the bike for another ride and come on back out haha.

I'll go on a limb, EGR Block off plate? Maybe the Intake Manifold (if non-egr) I saw you have a 96 as well.
