IT HAS FENDER FLARES MOLDED IN IT THATS WHY IT LOOKS THAT WAY FITMENT IS PERFECT ITS JUST THE FENDER FLARES... WHEN I WAS GOIN TO HAVE IT PAINTED I WAS GOIN TO HAVE THEM PULL IT OUT TO MATCH FLENDER FLARES
