The banner is easily removed with a razor, I don't have the time and I don't have stock tails. Those were in it when I bought it.

Need the cash. It's not even worthy of being a "beater" because the car is in great shape. Mechanically, everything works fine, body wise there's only a few dents. A beater should barely be able to keep itself running.
