Wow, there are J's on this forum that are actually local to me? Simply amazing.. mine is nothing special and I need to do body work so I can actually start modding it.. by the way, can anyone recommend a good and decently priced body shop in York / Lancaster / Harrisburg? I'm open game for suggestions. I'm looking to get that quarter panel fixed up in the upcoming months now that the car seems to be mechanically sound once again.
Turquoise 97 Cavalier... you can't miss me, just look for the banged up passenger side quarter panel...

Denny's in York.... route 30.... 8pm...
What day?
During the weekend preferrably and that would be most appreciated to have it checked out. Send me a PM or something with whom I'm meeting with and such. More info the better so I don't feel lost driving through Denny's parking lot, LOL.
Had to change accounts here unfortunately. Wanted to register another email address and had trouble with the other email address I wanted to use. This email address I feel pretty safe having public.
we meet up sat nights at 8pm

I had great work done at a shop outside of Ephrata in Lancaster County. I had a Tibby wing custom fit onto my Sunfire, all holes from the stock wing molded shut & paint. The work was amazing, i've got compliments about how you'd never know the trunk had 7 holes & where he reshaped the posts it's seamless. The guy quoted me a great price & stuck to it even though he said it took him more than he had realized - which was awesome. He got me in fast and the work was done fast too, but done right. I'd highly recommend him. The shop was in one bay at a mechanic's place, but he's moved to his own shop closer to Ephrata. It's called Premier Collision & Auto Body, the old number should still work, it's 717-733-3008. If it doesn't work, i'll take a trip up there to ask him what the new one is since i'd like to get an estimate anyway. He's open Saturdays, or at least he was when i got work done last year, so it's worth a trip to check it out & get a free estimate.
Wow, thanks Stargrrrl. Sounds like a great person to deal with and Ephrata isn't that far of a drive from my girlfriend's either so that works out. I'll have to check him out. I'm still coming to the meet on Saturday in York. I'll also check the number on Yahoo Yellow Pages but I'll have to keep him in mind. I'm thinking of just keeping my car for a few more years because I do like it so if I spend a few grand on it this year to get it looking good and running even better it's worth it in the long run for me. Few grand or 15,000... I'd choose the few in a heart beat. LOL
Thanks! Looks easy enough from looking at the map. If I go up from my house looks like a matter of taking 30 over to 501 North and then dumping off of 322 from there and heading in. Shouldn't be any problem to find.

Actually, it's easier to go 30 to 222 North to 322 West. 501 takes you through all kinds of lights, it backs up really bad through Neffsville & Lititz & it's only one lane each direction. 222 has some construction, but not the whole way & the speed limit is 65. The shop is closer to 222 than it is to 501. The 501 route is more scenic though, it'll take you by Speedwell Forge, it's a beautiful area.
Ah, thanks. Will have to go that route then. hehe - I'm very familiar with 501 from when I drove truck the last time. We had to go to Myerstown with our dry bulk tanker loads. Was always a pleasant drive minus Lititz (depending on the time of day you were rolling through it).
