I just got my Grand am seats in finally, but, the way I have them bolted in, the seats don't go far back enough. I wanted to know if there was someone close by to me, (I'm in Albany, NY) with a welder, that knows how to weld. I'd like to have the sliders welded to the seat bottom, OR weld a piece of steel there so I can easily move the bracket up about an inch and a half so the seat will go back further.
If that's not possible then maybe you can fab up a new bracket or something, idk. I just need to be able to get the seat back farther, and it needs to be adjustable. My wife does drive it once in awhile, and she's a few inches shorter than I am.
I can offer some cash, but you'd have to give me some idea of what you would want.

Thats cool man. I have the bracket in there good enough for now. Whenever your free and feel like do something is cool.
