2000 saab needs turbo, smoking engine worth getting?

I was figuring I could fix the oil smoking as long as no knocking and the turbo I dont know how much they go for.
Is this the ecotec engine, how much are parts for it?

call a Saab dealer or search Ebay. might need a Rebuild , but if u could score it for less then $1000 id go for it , cuz u could flip it and make ur money back

Look into what parts will cost for it it first then ull know if u can get ur money back out of it or just say skip it
