Brake checking is for retards. Last year some lady did it to me, in the beater. i stopped the first 2 times then third one i just didnt feel like playing games. It scratched my bumper (thats all for me). cracked paint on her rear bumper and bent both exhaust pipes. SHE got a ticket for iradic braking. I was just inconvienced by getting home about 30 mins late....

nah, don't brake check, just drive really slow, and if they try to pass you, speed up.
