I have the SSBC big brake kit on my car, I went to change the pads yest and the two pistins will not go back in for ANYTHING i think i have tried everything.... Anyone had any ideas for me?

if all else fails, open the bleeder screw, then push them. youll have to bleed the brakes when done, but if you are having problems, it will solve it....or diagnose a frozen caliper.

i just throw the old pad against the pistons, and use a c-clamp, big channel locks, pad spreader, etc. also, i usually pry on them a little before removal.

Try turning the piston.

+1 A lot of pistons unscrew when the push out, thus they need to screw back in to go back in.

ya i got them in they where a twist and push i opened the bleeder on them too and got it of course the pads are the wrong size now but thanks guys

lol, sounds like you are having TONS of fun.

but the threaded pistons are always a solid face, with slots or holes in them to allow for a tool. i have never seen a threaded dual piston caliper either. although twisting can help break it loose.
