eh...they did just beat tennessee too...it had to go to a 2 loss team....of all the 2 loss teams...they were the closest to NOT losing those games.

How is it fair that Mizzou had to play an extra game and because they lost a championship game, they are kicked out of the Bowl?? Its not like they lost to a bad team or someone horribly ranked....they lost to a #9 team in a Big12 championship game...i dont see how that should even come into play with the bcs rankings......
The sooner that college goes to a playoff the better.....or else every year your gonna have two team that dont deserve to be there in a bowl game

no I would feel the same....it should never be played in the home state of either opponent. If it was played in columbus, I'd probably smile...say that sucks...grin and be glad it won't be a long drive to see the game

as far as home games go, the place for the bowl games is decided well before anyone even knows whos gonna be in the games.
and if we wanna get all nitty gritty about @!#$, OSU doesnt even deserve to be in the BCS Championship game. Their schedule is pie. They dont have a championship game in the BIG 10, which the big ten is a joke nowadays anyways. the SEC is undoubtably the hardest conference in college football. im gonna hve to give it to LSU by 14. im ready for another blowout like OSU v. Florida lol

The NCS follows an equal 4-year rotation, taking place 1 week after the Rose, Sugar, Fiesta and Orange bowls every 4th year. There's no way that they could plan an event as large as that around the contingancy of that many schools. Considering the location of the Rose, Sugar and Orange bowls, they'd have to plan the game around Miami, Florida State, Florida, Southern Cal, UCLA, Cal, Stanford and LSU, who only have 19 national titles between them, and 5 of the last 10.

i love college football..because its so unpredictable..no matter how good we think our team is..something always happens..this season has really proved that..especially the past few weekends.
its gonna be a toss up..both teams are tough, but you never know..the WV game really made me realize that this weekend..unfortunately
I am fully expecting to lose this game. I'm happy to be there...but i think measures could be taken to switch arenas upon announcement. Probably more trouble then its worth though. If its a close game, I'll be thrilled to death. I'd love to win, but I too am expecting LSU winning big.

Sure, we'll just uproot an event that's been scheduled since 2005, along with the hundreds of pre- and post-game activities that go along with it and switch it to a venue that has had 6 weeks to prepare. Oh, and this will also keep a rebuilding area from recieving millions of dollars in travel revenue; that'll work wonders for PR. But, most importantly, Buckeye fans will feel satisfied.
