1997 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 for sale, more pics/info inside
PLEASE NOTE: I do not care if you feel "mods don't add value", if KBB value is $x,xxx, etc.. Throw all that out the window, I'm motivated to sell, but not motivated to lose thousands of dollars doing so. I have a lot of time and money invested into this car, and it shows. Also would appreciate if nobody asks my reasoning, I do not need this to turn into a Phlatcav episode. I have things in my life that need doing and now this has become one of them. It's time to move on as I've been contemplating for a while now.
CAR WILL NOT BE PARTED OUT!
Purchased in Nov. '06, and worked on every day throughout the winter. Have records/pics of all the bodywork/paint progress which was done by a local custom/restoration shop known for many amazing cars locally. Paint quality alone could sell this car. Not just the body was done, bumper supports etc. underneath have all been blasted/sealed w/epoxy primer & undercoating. No expense spared, over $4,000 in paint/bodywork ALONE, +engine mods, +suspension mods, +interior. Everything is done the RIGHT WAY! This isn't an eBay no name parts built car. Eibach Sportlines, strut housings, HO intake manifold, AEM CAI, all powdercoated professionally. Suspension is brand new with less than 1,000 miles on it. Konis have lifetime warranty. Entire interior has been replaced and updated, brand new GM carpet, '04 dash, '02 door LS Sport panels/backseat. Added features include factory trunk button, and center console aux. cig lighter. ENTIRE interior was replaced as previously it was a factory blue. Have pics documenting the above. Runs great, low mileage for a '97. Strong car, have driven it from SW Michigan to mid Ohio for the GM Tuner Bash with no issues what-so-ever! Many common maintenance issues also addressed. New rear main seal, while there we flushed tranny and refilled w/GM Synchromesh, also replaced both axle seals. New fuel filter, NGK plugs, strut mounts, just as basic/preventative maintenance. Oil flush performed when purchased,Mobil1 full synthetic ever since!
