there is some scratches and surface damage around the cowl and ends. i was told that all i would have to do is wet sand it and re-clear coat it and wax it but never did. it looks like the ss hood but more boxy. if you click on my profile i got some picture sof the car with the hood. or i could e-mail the pics i took to you. i'm southof louisville near fort knox

sent some pics to the e-mail thats in your registry. i would be willing but i'd have to find someway to transport the hood i don't have my Z anymore so the hood is just chilling in the shed
so you say that all it needs is wet-sanded, buffed and waxed and it should be good to go?

i was told all that needed to be done was for it to be wet sanded, re-spray it with some clear coat because there was some clear coat damage, and to wax and buff it to get it looking nice. i'll ask around and see if any of my friends will drive me or let me use a truck or van. now i'm not gonna lie to you there is one thing i saw that i wouldn't know how tofix but maybe a good body shop could.... the far corners on each hood are worn from putting the hood up and down

If you could possibly, what days are you available to do anything? Im off every Fri and Sat, but this sat I'm putting in the secret cams
so unless you would want to meet up EARLY like 9am then sat is out of the question for me

yes it's for the 2.4. not too sure i wasn't told when i got it off someone else all he said was watch your rmps now then switch the stock one and watch now it was a considerable difference. i got pics of both i'll send them so you can tell. i'm guessing its like a ho or 60mill.

ok. so would you be able to get me some pics of the cowl area at an angle. Like not straight on, say a 45 deg angle? and close up too, and one more as if you were looking at it on a car with the hood shut, same angle but a low kinda shot? Thanks!

well i ended up going thru another motor and said f*** it and sold it...it sucks i never got to feel the difference,lol. but oh well..i mean that car ended up costing me a lot more money than i anticipated but i guess thats what you get for beating the @!#$ out of it,lol.
