brand new, never installed or painted. mounting hardware is even still in the package. has LED brake light.
i took it out of the box it was shipped in and threw out the box, so to save on packing and shipping i'd like buyer to pick it up. I'm in columbus.

He bought it. He paypaled me, and I paid Adam. Then I shipped it out to NJ...
