I just found out today that Dave & Ed that run the Steel Valley Nationals and the swap meet in Boardman OH are still having the Steel Valleys next year. But next year it will be held at Quaker City Raceway. The word is that they bought Quaker raceway. Thank god they did, because if they didn't there would be nothing to do around here. I'll keep you posted on more info.

yea but is there gonna be a boardman cruise next year? 165 is not a big road, and trffic will be hell getting to quaker.

Keep me posted? Kinda old news bro...... Anyways, I'd imagine they would cruise 224 again. I heard the only reason they wanted to move it out of the fairgrounds was the cost of using the fairgrounds. And that doesn't have anything to do with cruising 224 or not. I mean who cruises 165 and where else would they go? Salem? Anways I'm glad they kept it around here. Only 3 miles away from me now.

they will still have the cruise on 224 but the car show will be out there. 165 has nothing out there but at least they decided to buy a raceway so everyone can put there cars to the test. I really want to see certain people in this area run there cars to see how well they do. (not anyone on here) just certain people i know. But I will let you all know the offical date of when it's going on.
