Well thanks to Gov. Shaft and the Ohio legislatures Prepaid cellphone plans now have a 9.5% tax for evey minute paid for which adds $0.03 onto a $0.35 a minute plan. Cig taxes jumped up $0.70 to $1.25(not really a bad thing since it does kill you). They also decreased prescription drug aid to the extremely poor. However on a good note they decreased sales tax to 5.5% and personal income tax 4.2% each year and car registration has dropped back down to $47.95 from $52.95.
