Ok, as we all know the Bash is a little over a month away.. With that said Please post your name if you will be meeting us in Columbus to head to the bash.. Provide your cell phone number just in case you dont get a walkie talkie.. A walkie talkie is prefered though.
Between 7:30 am and 8AM we will be meeting at the Stake and Shake on I-70 WEST.. Its just West of Downtown Columbus.. Erin or Trey will you please post the exit number for the out of towners.? It is right off the freeway so you will be able to see it from there.
We will be leaving at 8am PROMPTLY so please be there, if your gonna be late call one of our phones to let us know, maybe we can wait a couple extra minutes for you. Or you can catch up to the caravan hehe. We will be heading to Dayton to pick up those folks there. Thats why we're leaving so early.. With the 1 hour we gain going West we should be able to make the race times at the track by the time we get there.
Some of us will be breaking off from the caravan to go to Jasons house(aka Sndsgood) to pick him up. So dont be alarmed when you see some of us getting off an exit hehe.. We'll see you all at the track so its all good..
Trey (TRD Cav Fire)and Erin(Hotlilcavz) welcomed their house open to the out of towners so you wont have to leave so early to make the caravan time.. Get with them if you need to
PS.. We dont need passenger names, we just need car names that are coming so we know how many cars to wait for.

The exit number to get to Steak n Shake is 91. It is right on the corner of Hilliard-Rome Rd and Feder Rd (the entrance to the resturant is actually on Feder Rd).
Anyone needing a place to crash, just call my cellphone (number listed below) or Trey's cell 614-371-8731 so we can give you directions. We live in Hilliard, off of 270 and Roberts and it's just down the street from the meeting spot. We have two couches and a futon in the spare bedroom up for use.

If you want to caravan with the Columbus people, make sure your at the Steak n Shake (exit 91off of 70, corner of Hilliard-Rome Road and Feder Road) between 7:30-8:00 a.m. on Friday, July 8th. I just realized that you have a good 2 hours getting to Columbus. If you want to come down the night before, your more than welcome to stay at our house (mine and TRD Cav Fire) or Mike Shephard's place. We're trying to help the out of towners out so they dont have to get up so early

I would say that Wal-Mart right off of 70 would be the best place. I don't want to have to go into town and hit all these lights just to slow us down. Also for anyone that has forgoten anything we all know Wal-Mart has it all right there. Bathrooms and Gas are there too if anyone needs to fill up before heading out. just my .02
