I am probably gonna be replacing my catalytic convertor soon and was thinking about upgrading my header at the same time. I was curious if anybody has had any experience with the pacesetter black painted headers as far as durability. How long do the stainless ones usually last? Any brand preferences? Thanks for the input.
I've got the painted Pacesetter one right now. I actually installed it, let all the paint burn off and then sprayed it with VHT Flame Proof you can get at Autozone. It's held up great for the few months I've had it so yeah, don't bother with OBX or any others
Spend the money and buy DC Sports header IMO.
I did not like the Pacesetter I had on my 2200...
