Well i was talking with Alexis last night and we have been trying to figure out if anyone from The South is going to the Tuner Bash.... As it is right now only Me, her, crystal, and some people from ATL are going... Is everyone really not going?? I wish more of you would come it should be a amazing time!

I'm in the process of remodeling my bathroom.. I have 3 cars that need new tires all around.. I need to get my car wet-sanded and resprayed.. I have to save the money to go visit my dad in north GA.. money wont let me go this yr. I tried organizing a caravan to it either last yr or the yr before, but no one caught on.

Well so you know not many people from FL have ever went ot the Bash. I have been to 2. Too much going on this year to go, and not sure if it will be the same as it once was anyways.

Thats what I'm afraid of.. I never been to one, but I've heard stories from Chris and others who went, and see people's photo albums from it... it looked like a blast, but I'm afraid I'll go and it'll be nothing like what I saw

I'm not being a "negative nancy" as you call it. I stated my opinion. I happen to like DTP and he and I talk, but when the Bash did not happen last year it hurt the future of the event. Same reason if a location could not be found for the FL meet people were ready to do whatever it took to have a meet this year. If we did not have a meet this year it would kill the future of the event. You might not believe me, but that is ok. I'm still not saying I would not go to the Bash ( I refuse to call it the Tuner Bash), but this year it is not possible. I wish the event well.

Yea, I dont like to refer to it as the "Tuner Bash" either.. the Tuner Bash is a Daytona event during Spring Break, and is in no way exclusive to j-bodies at all (altho it was sponsored by GM)..
