yeppp... i pulled an omar... except for my compression is perfectly fine... but the lady who decided to ride her bike out in from of me while im goin 50mph down 17-92, causing me to swerve and jus clobber the corner of a median and shatter my transmission oil pan, flatten my down piping and put a very pretty gash in my block oil pan, isnt fine... so yea... like i said... 2200 down...

im not exactly sure what the damage is yet but i have a 4spd auto on my 2200...
yea if anyone is drivin by 434 & 17-92, my car is parked right were it blead to death... right in front of "Safty Mart" and "Fast Breaks Billiards"... i got a friend who is gonna go take a look at it tomorrow that can probably tell me what the deal is... i was talkin to him about it and he was sayin if its just the pans that are fuked, the they are an easy replacement... but if the tranny housing/block is craked then im lookin at anywere between $1000-$1800... JUST FOR THE TRANNY... and i have a weapon r header and down piping to replace the stock one that is flattened... and i also have a high-flow cat and a borla muffler but i just need sumone who can do an entire exhaust system and incorporate those parts for cheap... but still quality work... so if anyone can drop me a line... that would be a lotta help... thanx!!

sounds to me like bad decision driving unlike my situation where the timing was f'd up cuz of the first mechanic who supposibly repaired the car. good luck though and hope it don't cost too much to repair.
this year has been bad and maybe i can make it to the meet the 30th if the car is okay by then

well i was in the left lane and there was a truck last time i checked in my blind spot so i couldnt go right, and i would have nailed her head on even if i locked up the brakes and so i decided i would rather turn left and kinda mess up my car a lil bit rather than splatter sum lady kuz i dont wanna hurt my car and have to deal with the fact that i hit and killed sum lady for tghe rest of my life... you know??
i had my friend go look at the cavy last night and he said that it looks like my subframe is pushed up into my engine and tranny and that it would jus be cheaper to buy an engine, tranny and subframe as a whole than to buy them seperately... so im at a delema... i dont know if my insurance is gonna say its totaled and give me a check or not and if so, i have the title to it so i donno if its worth buying it back from them or just goin out and finding another jbody to replace it, and plus i dunno if i will be able to remove all my performance and custom parts such as my suspension and custom 00 projectors i jus finished makin and my system n stuff... so... my life is a lil stressful at the moment... and im stuck at fukkin work and my manager is acting like a douche bag and so is my step dad kuz his name is on the title also... but yea...

$1000-1800 for just a tranny, no way!!! I know where some motors and tranny's are and subframe as well for good price. Also if the motor is not messed up, or even the tranny I would just worry about the subframe.

i dunno... i finally got it towed to the dealership i work at and i gotta wait till monday for anyone to be able to check it out and determine what the deal is with it... i mean i dont want it to be 'totaled' because its my first car and i know everything that has ever happened with it and i have ever maintainence record for it and lube, oil, filter every 3k so i know there is alot of life left in her... only like 91k on the odo... but at the same time i wanna hve em total it kuz then with that check i wanna buy an older 2dr, 5 spd, z24... or eco... which ever coems along first and the price is right...
so as of now, i have no idea if ima be able to go to the meeting on the 30th...

yea i got an estimat from a mechanic today and it came out to $1,758... dunno if insurance will allow it since this would be the 2nd major thing that has happened to it in just over a year... the first cost sumthin like $2,400... so they may jus give me a check for about 1k or so... and if that happens then i only got $2,600 to find another cavy in decent condition... perferably a 2dr, manual... and if it were a needle in a hay-stack, it would be a z24... 00-02 style... lol...
