I've been trying to figure out the best way of doing this ever since I hit that curb last month. My subframe is bent, I have a new one ready to put on. Then I was thinking, why not do a front sway bar too? And control arm bushings? ...then I was thinking, why not upgrade my steering gear to the FE2 gear while the subframe is down anyway? Is there anything else I can do there?

I'm up in Savannah, GA but I have family in Daytona Beach so I go down there sometimes. I was wondering... This would be a big job to tackle on my own. I would appreciate meeting up with some guys in Savannah, Jacksonville, or Daytona, anywhere around here really if it'd mean having a good time and having an experienced helping hand. Anyone interested?

Any advice on replacing a subframe? How difficult is exchanging the steering gear while the subframe is off? What's involved in a steering gear upgrade? Bad idea to tackle all this alone?
