hey im just curious to know whats the diffrences in the 2.3 l ho to a 2.4l i see alot of ppl doing the ho cams and intake with throttlebody and i wanna know what the power gains are like if added to a 2.4l engine. Will the stock 2.3 throttle body bolt up to a 2.4l stock intake manifold.
if you wanna gain some power easily, toss an LO intake manifold and throttle body on your 2.4, thats the easiest legitimate gain you can get. As far as i know, nobody's really measured the gains from the HO cams or manifold so we cant really say.
does anyone have one for sale or know where i can find any

you do know what its been dyno proven that you lose hp adding a 2.3 mani on a stock 2.4 right?
oh well in that case thats the answer i been looking for cuz im finding ways to gain more power for n/a

just keep the stock manifold if your staying NA. just bore out ur tb to 57mm and ur fine, dont bother wasting your time on the LO. If your gonna be running a turbo then sure, toss the H.O. manifold on. I was running H.O. cams with a nicely done head with a stock manifold and it was fine.
sounds good u know anyplace in the kitchener region that will bore out a tb... what is the stock bore diameter
No but come down to durham and go to ajax machine shop they do awesome macheing. And stock.tb size is 52
what do they cost to bore one out
