Ok so those of you who know me from way back know me. Those of you who don't Nice to meet you....
On with the issue.
I have this little problem with my car kinda annoying. Sometimes it runs great and other times she gives me attitude.
The other day I turned it on went for a drive and filled with with fresh 94 octane gas. It was fine on the way to the station. I pull out of the station and I start getting this rough idle. When I press the gas the car started to sputter, and I had to press the throttle very lightly to get the car going with out it stalling. Its a auto.
And then I took it back home left it in the driveway and you could see the engine struggle to idle. Sweetness has HP tuned this thing and it runs great but sometimes it does this to me.
It got a new cat last year and is rarely every driven. What could cause this issue. I am going to try and replace the plug but I don't think its that I mean its done this when the Iridium's were brand new as well and even before I ever changed them.
what do you guys think it could be ???????

But ya I agree with Chris check the plugs and replace them the stock GM ones they are the best for a stock setup
On a different note are you actually goin to have the car out at all this year? Or is it just going to sit again

As for the car I don't know about that. I got married bought ah ouse bought and Equinox, A matrix for the wife......... And working on a brand new home is taking up alot of time!
HOWEVER!
That said I will never sell it or strip it....... as much as teh wife hates it! she married me and that car!!!!! LOL

Plugs are always the first place to start. With the Ld9, it's likely the coils.

My car is done but LOOK OUT FOR MY BROS WERE DOING A COMPLETE OVERHUAL OF HIS PT!!!!!!!!!! Got it back form Kieth losier's shop just before winter and were in the process of mapping out his new interior!!!! So I am not done with the scene yet, but when it comes out....... debut number 2 lol its gonna win some trophys I think, Nothing widebody or conversions but clean on the outside and retarded on the inside!!!!!!!!.
I will try and change my plugs and see where that goes.....
I have an ODB@ scanner if I tell you if it through any codes Bill maybe that will give you something to work on......

Whats up buddy? Long time no speak. Try checking the little hose going to the map sensor. Im not sure where yours is place now since your have the HO intake, but its very common for it crack and cause the car to run like crap.

As far as where Borgs went he had another kid and moved up near peterborough and and works way too much

And I will say that fire has the cleanest stock paint I have ever seen in my life
And it looks pretty damn sweet to boot
