Yes, with the bumper you will be able to mount it on All 3rd Gen Cavaliers and 4door Sunfires.
The Bumper itself is the 00-02 Cavalier Style and this Valance was made to fit it.

I would say the hoods are only good for one way trips or I guess your winter hood or something like that.
