I may be looking at selling my car soon and am wondering what I can list it for. I have a 97 Chevy Cavalier Z24 Black exterior on Black/Blue interior. It has:

Also have the makings of the N,W,F body front brake swap I have the Camaro calipers, malibu knuckles and thats it for now.
Let me know what you think I can get for the car if I get the car painted and engine rebuilt or the price you think if I don't get those things done.

Build to keep or its not worth really building cause you will never see the money again
4K sounds about right.
You're better off parting out the car, and scrapping the shell, then selling it as a whole. Kind of a pain in the ass to do, but you could probably pick up at least another grand or two.

all the above posts are quite valid. I would agree with all of them. Unfortunately like corpsemangler said, mods dont add value. Sorry man. 4G's is all you will see most likely.
