Well as some of you know the Sunfire and I are kind of drifting apart I think i have maybe put 800 km's on it this year. Anyways question is do you think I should sell it as a whole or sell it with factory interior and part the stereo/interior. I was thinking around 15000 high side for everything rims motor new brakes turbo kit stereo etc. etc. and 8500 with just the motor work, body and 18's

Well you should at lest try and sell it (if you want too) as a whole first, I think. But finding someone that wants to pay 15G's is another.

Then I would do as you said, start selling parts.

You will find more people looking in the $8500 range then the $15K range thats for sure.

ya thats what I figured, I dunno I hate to see it go but I hate to see it sitting in my garage collecting dust.

If I had more $$ right now I would say I would give you my motor + $$$ for your motor.....

if I part it out basically everything will come off it except what is perminately attached. The body and factory interior will then be sold with most likely cheaper lowering springs, and 18" Ikon whatever the person wants I guess.

Also in that list I forgot to mention the suspension that is being built will be up for grabs I will post specs on it later but it will be the only set up in existance.

First dibs on the projectors!!!

I'd primarily look at the underside of the trunk lid and possibly the trunk setup for myself.

You'd make more money parting it out than selling as a whole unless you get lucky IMO.

but just so you know, I think "Brand Name" Headrest lcd's are WAY overpriced new and I know it has NOTHING to do with being that much more higher quality then the others.

Also willing to wait till winter, I am not in a rush to get them right now.

Justin-I know how you feel, im the same way with my cav. It sits there i got less then 800k/m on it this summer. In last 2 summers i have less then 1300k/m on it total.

I know it sucks, i feel i went overboard and dont want to wreck anything so i dont drive it much.

I'm not really in the not worried abotu wrecking it, its more like I have better thigns to do now. The havoc project is on its way and the new house also puting some audio video in the new suv i just dont have time and its sitting there collecting dust I honestly am in love with the way it looks the body is flawless now. Just finding it hard to let it sit there.

as for selling the stuff if i sell the stereo it will be as a whole package and will be very affordable, for what your getting.

Why not just drive it. You spent that much time with it, keep it a season, forget the shows, and just enjoy cruising. You're not going to make much selling it, might as well enjoy it

I understand how he is like right now cuz he already have another project car which is almost done and it will be a highly modified 350z! Like he can bring the fire and 350z to every car shows? Too much of hassle.. also the fire is too hot to be left alone, sitting in garage and collecting dust, it needs some love and to be seen not to be left in the garage.

It will be very hard to see it in a new owner's hands. Good luck!
