This is sort of an unusual post . My brother in law was wondering if anyone happened to pick up a parts car or whatever that had a trailer hitch . He is looking for a bolt on hitch for his '98 Sunny se to haul his PWC with for maybe one or two more weekends in total . He is cheap no doubt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : ) Maybe someone knows some old folks that have one on a car that they are getting rid of etc and would sell the hitch ? ?
He is looking for one within the next 2 weeks b 4 the long weekend .
If anyone knows of anything , please let me know here , Thanks
I thought of checking the wreckers but some won't sell that kind of an item because it is a towing component .
I'v got one I would LOVE to get rid of, I just gotta figure out how to get it off, I think it's partially welded
Let me know if it is welded at all . I am quite sure that he wants a typical bolt on hitch such as a Draw Tite brand or Reece or Hidden Hitch brand , etc , etc .
i got one lying around, not too sure if it will fit a fire, but ill check and let u know
mine is a hidden hitch, I just think whoever owned my car before me is an ass

Thanks guys . The Brother in law priced out new and checked on what they wanted at the scrap yard . I told him about the responses here so he'll wait to see what you guys come up with . Personally , I 'd rather help you guys out than some other business , but don't forget , he is cheap !!!!!!! : ) Let me know what results you come up with and I will pass it along to him .

Hey there "Psycho" , is this hitch on your GT ? The word from the hitch dealers is that the GT and the SE take two different hitches . I personaly have no idea as there are not many ppl that put hitches on a J body car .

Yea its on a GT, as for how it's mounted I'm still not sure. It's on my parts car and I havent gotten a chance to get up to where I store it to look yet. I'll try to get a look at it asap but its in angus (20mins outside of barrie) and Im in north york so its about an 1 1/2 hours drive, but i should be up there on monday so I'll let ya know then.
Since it is a "brand " hitch , I ll bet anything it won't fit his SE . If you are going up there that's cool , but don't make a special trip just for the hitch guy . Thanks for all the effort .

Well I'm headed up there anyway so its no problem, as for if it'll fit on an SE I have no clue. I'll see if i can test fit on an SE before hand to make sure.
