Hello everyone! I have a 1997 Pontiac sunfire for sale. It has 141,xxx miles but may be slightly higher as I drive it every day to work and back. Very well maintained, with no problems EVER. Please read the entire ad carefully.
-New plugs and wires
-new serpentine belt
-New water pump
-New alternator
-Oil changed religiously every 3000 miles.
-Battery only a year old
has a remote starter installed professionally by Best buy here in madison, and it was very useful for the cold days we had last year. the engine has been replaced with a lower mileage one and has about 88,000 miles on it. No mechanical problems, and on the highway I have gotten 35 MPG at a steady speed. I forgot to mention it is an automatic transmission, and shifts through all the gears well. the only real cosmetic flaw is that it has a few wrinkles/dings in the roof (not that bad at all), the paint is kinda dull on the hood, and the windshield has cracks. If I don't get a chance to fix the windshield by the time the car sells, I'll take a little less to compensate for it. Also has working ICE COLD A/C, but I didn't use it much as I just roll the windows down to save gas. Has 4 newer tires so you won't have to worry about tires for a long time ethier. This car will not let you down! It has been on more long distance road trips than I can count on two hands, and started every time last winter when it was -20 degrees. I am selling simply because I would like more of a midsize car for all the travelling I do. The body isn't perfect like I said, but it is a great car. It also has a Sony CD player installed.
