Misc Stuff for sale...No reasonable offer refused!!!
Thursday, July 31, 2008 8:52 PM
As stated, I have some mics. stuff for sale.

For starters, a buddy of mine is parting out a stock 95 Cavy Z24. The motor has a rod knock, trans might be good, doors are good, has all the options. Any questions on anything feel free to contact me about it, I can get you what you need off it for a steal!

Second, we have two window air conditioner units. One GE and one Haier. The GE is a 5150 BTU unit and is two years old, and the Haier is a 8000 BTU unit and a year old. Both blow cold air like new. We also have a Sanyo fridge up for grabs too. Not too sure how much room it has, but it's perfect for a dorm room. The AC untis, GE-$50.00, the Haier-$75.00, the fridge-$100.00.

Third-2002 Pontiac Grand Am SE. This car is awesome. Has cloth interior with 6 way adjustable electric drivers seat, AM/FM/CD and Casette, power windows, power locks, power sunroof, 4 door, cruise, and tilt. It is an auto, but has the 2.2L Ecotec. It's got 150,000 miles on it, but has been very well taken care of. Oil changes every 3,000 miles like clockwork. New tires, new brakes, in very good mechanical order. The water pump locked up at 140,000 miles and broke the lower timing chain. I bought the car with this problem after a new water pump was installed without the timing replaced. Through GM, I bought all new timing components, head gasket, intake gaskets, exhaust gasket, timing and cam cover gaskets, and installed ARP head studs. I also did a clean and pressure test on the head, it was perfect. $4,000 or best offer!

Fourth and Last-2003 Polaris Trailblazer 250. Been parked almost two years without being run. It's not locked up, just lost interest in it. When I get it home from my folks, I intend to change the oil and fuel, spark plug, and replace the battery. None of the plastic is cracked and it's in really good shape. Has under 100 hours of operation on it. $1200 or best offer.

Thanks for checking this out. PM me and I'll provide any other info and pics if need be. And no reasonable will be refused.

I'll find out Chris, I'm not 100 % sure.

I know it's got all the options, that can be done and I'm sure the price would be reasonable, Jared.

Allright, got some answers on the parting out of a Cavy.... just so you know...no prices will be determined until next week as I'm trying to get this car to pull some stuff out for my own project....then I'l be scrapping it out myself....but there will be stuff for sale...

Bolt-The front bumper is junk, hardly anything left of it, the rear bumper is in fair condition....light blue...

Chris-it is a five speed car...trans was still good in it, and reason to believe it's got an aftermarket clutch...one question I have about it, I'm being told it's a 2.3, when did GM start dropping LD9's in the J's?

Punkerest- the side skirts are unusable I'm afraid....this car's been through hell and back....

Neongreencavi-the trunk carpet and spare tire cover are there...it does not have a sunroof, but it's got map lights with the dome light...

Blucavi-it's got manual windows....

He wanted too much, so I told him to scrap it....I offered him $125 for the car as a whole, then I wanted to part it out and sell what I could off it, and he wanted what was left for scrap...I wanted the responsibility of scrapping it, so I said screw it. Sorry Chris...I was going to sell ya the trans and just give you the clutch and flywheel, if you wanted it that is....

The trans is worthless....A 1962 1 speed is stronger under 150HP then that damn thing....

Oh well. guess Brians old car gets paint.

Thanks though.

I am sorry you guys...I wanted to get the carso I coud cut you guys good deals on what was good. I'm not lying though, the body and interior were junk, and that's what I really wanted...I'd love to have a Z24 interior in my car. did you want me to aid you in finding a tranny? do you have a code or do I just need 95 cavy Z24 with the 2.3 and a 5 speed? or were you looking for a muncie?

Can you read? He wanted the whole car, from head to tail. The condition of the tranny in it had nothing to do with it.

95-99 J car trans are to be avoided like the plag.....

i have a 95 now, i just wouldnet mind another, the shape of the drive train is of no importance, as it would be getting a LG0 put in. The 92 NVG T550 trans is one of the most desirable GM FWD as it has a FDR of 3.94 AND a external slave cyl. followed by the 93-94 NVG.

Don't worry about it though, Brian any myself do have our hands full right now...

Ummm, yea I can read, and when Chris first asked me about trans...So I assumed he wanted the trans only....I didn't know until now he was looking for a whole car....

And Chris....I'll keep my eye out up here for a car for you. If I find one getting parted out, you'll be the first to know.
