So the girl my brother has been staying with has been beating on him... yeah laugh it up. i know. but whatever. so he needs some help. he has 2 little boys he is taking care of and he just needs a ride and someone to watch the kids for a few hours. the one son gavin is 2 years old, and the other is 10 months old. he is looking for an apartment close to the place he is going to be working and trying to find one within walking distance of work. just needs a friend to watch his back. basically she gets drunk, cheats on him. and beats on him. and just needs someone to watch the kids while he goes to visit the lawyer. he cant afford to leave the house alone because he is afraid she will try to plant drugs in the house while he is gone. she already tried to pull that while she was getting arrested and he was handcuffed and the whole house was searched. he is only going to be in town long enough to get custody of the kids. please call me as soon as possible. 1-815-973-2747. as soon as he can he is getting out of ND and moving back home to IL. so please, i ask you to get ahold of me as soon as possible for any help you can give. this is very important. he legally cannot leave the state because the courts deal with where the kids have been for the last 6 months. so he would have to go back and forth from IL to ND which we cant afford. neither myself or my parents can leave our jobs at the moment or we would go up there and help him out. so please call me asap no matter what time of day, night, whatever, let me know.

somehow she just served him with a court order of protection... and she took the kids and got the house... complete and utter BS. and she is the one who got arrested for domestic abuse...
wow dude i cant even imagine what I would do in that situation. My girlfriend of 3 years has recently been lying to me alot and pushing me away and giving no explanation as to why, when even tho ive caught her in lies ive been busting my ass trying to make it work and no matter what I do she just will not be honest with me. So yea, I can relate...but i know its nothing compared to what that guy is going thru. Stay strong, keep your head up

lawyer up and prepare for a long battle. like stated before, courts favor females right away 99.9% of the time. sad but true. I'm confused on the getting the house thing. You state that he's just staying with her. is it her house? if his name isn't on the house, it's not his to keep. if both there names are on it, she got it cuz it's a roof over the kids head.
