Hate to do it, but I just don't have time to work on it like I was hoping. Jeep is located in Huntley, IL and I'm asking $750 OBO

General Specs:
White 4 door w/ gray lower trim
Maroon interior
4.0L HO w/ auto & 4x4 FT and PT - over 200K miles, don't remember exactly
Runs & drives
7-pin round trailer connection w/ hitch
Clean Title is still in previous owners name, I never got around to switching it

Bad:
Rear brakes need work, ABS & Brake dashlights are on
Full-size spare is off-bead
E-brake does nothing - perhaps not connected?
Rear wiper arm MIA
Brake lights & right-rear turn signal don't work - right-rear wiring is corroded pretty bad. I'm thinking the brake lights are probably from bad brake switch, because trailer connector brake lights don't work either.
Underhood battery is toast, but a good replacement is included
Does have rust - it is a Jeep afterall.

UPDATED - I filled all the tires to 35PSI and changed the flat tire in the pic. I just didn't take any new pictures because the tire is the only thing different.
