Alright, taking your advice here's the revisions. Changed the clutch, added the hood, added a price [sorry it's so grainy]:

HO manifold on my 2001...
Ron, the problem was never in the turbo kit. Heck, it never even spooled up. All the problems (and months of searching) came down to a poor ground on the engine block. Once I noticed that and fixed the problem - runs like a champ. Put about 1,800 miles on it since.

Ron - it's sitting in a box waiting for Neo. The truck - it will be a hauler. Got too many things to move around & the cav makes it tough to haul drywall. Thanks for the luck.
