You will also get my custom dash piece, and the custom center console piece (has the SAFC pocket molded in where the cup holders are). Save a tube of RTV and a $10 intake filter, this is
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO TURBO YOUR 2.4L.
As an added bonus, if you are willing to pick it up, I will let my spare 98 2.4L go along with this whole kit for an extra $150. It is a complete engine that only needs to have the intake cam put back on, and a new water pump. Around 100k original miles on the motor. If you are interested in the engine aside from this kit, let me know, I'm still wanting to get rid of it and will let it go cheap.
This kit is one of a kind. The charge pipes are cut but not welded for most of the charge pipe system. There are only two pipes that you would need to have bent, from the turbo to the pipe that comes up under the engine, and the pipe that comes up from where the battery is to the intake manifold. The quote that I got for the entire exhaust system to get welded and welding the charge pipes was $225 at a reputable shop. The charge pipes are routed to go under the engine so that you wouldn't see any charge pipes when you had it installed.
ALSO INCLUDED!!!!!
I will give you the incredibly hard to find (and extremely expensive) 1/2" tap for the oil return. I will also give you the small pipe cutter for cutting your fuel return line, my fuel rail with the autometer gauge already in it (gauge has a crack in the glass, but works fine), and instructions on where to put the FMU so that it looks exactly like i have it. The SAFC wiring is pre-extended in a harness for ease of hook up, and comes with both manuals and a quick "cheat sheet" to the menu system.
The 2.3 HO intake manifold is absolutely beautiful. I put 30+ hours into sanding it down, cutting off the ugly posts, and painting it. It looks very similar to Brandon Fetter's HO manifold, and pictures are included (and more can be provided upon request).
The oil feed system has already been designed and is very easy to hook up, some teflon tape and about 10 minutes and its good to go. The fuel system is good to about 230whp before I would get some bigger injectors.
Before anybody asks, yes, the turbo is a bit on the small side, but its great for what I wanted (230ish whp), extremely fast spool, instant throttle response, and a damn good ride. The turbo is off of a Chrysler and is drilled to adapt to the standard T3 flange. One hole will need to be drilled out a bit more, a machine shop could do it for $10. The manifold is tapped for studs since there is very little room between the flange and the main tube for nuts. I will also include the 2.25" downpipe and flange that I got with the turbo. You could just use the flange for a new 2.5" downpipe to match the rest of the exhaust system.
I'm a very reputable member. I'm a moderator on this site and have a 100% E-Bay feedback rating. Many members can vouch for me, such as Karo (CarCustoms), Chris (SunfighterGT), Jake (GreenZ), and many others. I don't want to take PayPal on this, because I have a registered business account, and a transfer this large would mean about $150 in fee's (unless you include that in your price).
Please email me if you would like more information or pictures. I have tons and tons of pictures.
I'm asking $3500, this is everything you need in one go.
