I was there that day and talked to him. I don't think he is an org member. He doesn't have any engine work done and its an automatic. I never caught his name but he is from Elgin,IL I think. He ran mid 16s. I'm actually to the right of him one car back just out of the pic.

I've been there when it was sooooo bad...that all 4 staging lanes were wraped all the way back around to the short staging lanes (by the fence in front of the garage).. That SUCKED!
I got 2 runs in.....was there for about 5 hours.

We talked to him a couple of times....... said he didnt know about the JBO (I think thats what he said) He ran a 16.699 against our drag car...
