Well mine Team Innovation is not even on the list now.
But we are from northeast ohio.
It is very hard lately to get car clubs together to do anything. Might just be how it is now.

WTF happened to... well, everyone!
Well all I can say is I been out of the car scene since of last year ever since my separation and now I am divorce as of this year. I met someone really special and we been together almost a year now. Honestly I miss the car scene as much the only time I miss it when I took my kids to the car meets and car shows that to me was a really cool experience I had with my boys. My boys are in Arizona now so right now I am trying to pick up the pieces and try to move on with my life.
I do miss hanging out with you guys all from Team JDF and even Team Altered and all of the JBO peeps.
Other then that I moved on with my life and been working on starting all over again with my life.

depends on your definetion on "decent" if you consider being relatively unknown and me as pretty much the only active show car for damn near a whole season as decent.
I left becasue it was a no name going nowhere car club without members that did anything..... hardly decent IMO
yeah after you mattman and cheesecake left things progressively got better... Started meeting some new people and hanging out grated we were never in magazines.. At the point where we were at.. Decent to me was getting a few people going to a show and just hanging out .. if we won something great if not we were going to have a good time losing.
As far as me, after my mother's passing on 6/10/06, I have been spending most of my time with family and loved ones. I haven't talked to Eric nor Craig from JDF in a while. I know Eric lives in Plano now, as far as Craig, I have no idea where he has been. I don't think he even owns a Jbody anymore. People's lives can change dramatically within a short period of time, and certain things become less of a priority. I think Hector would agree with me on that.
Ryan, Mayhem is still together, it only consists of Ricardo and Phat Joe though....they're keeping it going. Why are you interested in starting an IL car club?
IMO 2 people with the same windshield banner doesn't real qualify as a car club.
But no I have no intention of doing anything car club related. I always said I never wanted anything to do with a car club, but I bit the bullet and gave it a shot... and it was a waste of time. I tried it once and it sucked, I'll never do it again, I'd rather just be friends with people then part of a club with people.

i was in there a while ago too and noticed that they were all extinct too. im not into the car club thing. i want to do what i want with my car when i want, how i want, where i want. because i can. no rules to follow, just my own.
I tried the club thing Ken will remember the DD days. Yeah that lasted all of about 6 months for me. Will never do it again.

Two people arent a club persay but they are still hitting up events and showing together. Actually Mayhem now is prolly more of a club then its ever been, but i get what your saying.

TeamJDF is still around. Pretty much in hibernation right now with me gone again. For those of you that don't know...I'm going to Iraq again. I'm currently stationed in 29 Palms Marine Corps Base for my pre-deployment training. Wasn't able to bring the Balt out with me which sucks azz dont ya know. No car in the middle of the dessert = a sucky azz time. I was going to try and revive TeamJDF but that will have to happen when I get back. I really do miss the old crew and all the great meets with all the other car clubs. Hope all is going well. As always if you all need to get ahold of me my e-mail is TeamJDF@yahoo.com

I went to a couple JBR (J-Bodies of Rockford, IL) meets. It was fun and the one at Charlie's house was pretty big. The one at Ken's house was small but still fun when we went to Volcano Falls.

wow yeah, i need to take that off there. we were starting to gain enthusiasm for a while there (Team Redline Motorsports of Chicago) hell we had 26-30 cars at one time, lasted for about 5 months like that, we were around for a little over 2 years, it was going great, even got a few f-bodies in there. good times. but it seemed that once one person dropped out, everyone followed suit. so not the "team", which is not wnat it is, now consists of two cars but when me and the wife seperated, i lost all interest in my car, i dont even want to drive it. now all i drive is my Escalade. but we had a few things going for us, had a few "sponsers" if you will with a few people that we were wrking with around us, talking to a few shops, doing things to our cars for below cost, so it was going places, but i know one thing, i will never do that again. way too much bull and it was hard to get to everyone to tell them the meeting place time, and date. but im sorry but i do think we were a true car club/team. but thats IMO. and yeah, they car take that off there, we are no longer exsistent. lol. take care guys!!!
