as topic states my car is pretty much gone. I got t boned comming thru a intersection. She said i didn't stop, I am pretty sure i did but i can't remember much since i bounced my head off the pillar. The driver was driving on a suspended license, and the cop said it was suspended for speeding violations. I have to go to court and i am thinking of sueing her. I am meeting with my lawyer tues. so i am parting out my car.

^ I'm 95% un-painted (right vent and center vent were painted by Cavie Freak, then we swapped), but my dash has some pressure-marks from something sitting on it, or vice-versa. If your dash is mint, than I think Ryan will take it.

It happened last night about 4 20, I was christmas shopping and i was on my way to a buddies house and my mom called me and asked me if i could go to the store and get her some sugar. My mom is blamming herself, and i tried to tell her not too but it isn't working. I am thankfull no one got hurt. I was hit by a durango with a brush gaurd on it. Post speed limit was 30 miles an hour on the road i was crossing and she took out the pillar that holds the seat belt and is the main support. the cop said there was no way in hell she was going 30. But it can't be proven. I guess it is a god sent that she was driving with a suspended license, so there is a chance it will be thrown outta court and i won't have to pay a fine, and i am going to sue her for my loss it won't be much, but it will be something i can put towards another car. just sucks it happend so close to christmas, i have 11 weeks of school left before i graduate my toyota program. I am happy my job is in town and i can take a bus there.

Damns!! But my Satty still has that beat Too bad I never got pics of it tho Satty front end VS Silverado ... I t-boned him (it was his fault tho, I didn't have a stop sign like he did - and rolled thru), and his "damage" was barely even cosmetic, but my front-end was toast. Although a lil SC2 going almost 55MPH (I slowed down before impact, dunno how much tho) was enough to shove his truck into the ditch...

Anyway, I won't be needing the lid anymore. I'll still take the pass fender, and add in the headliner too

how much for the plastic piece that covers the front of the gauges and cd and ac cover the one solid piece

that peice is not for sale for the mer reason, my rear window was broken in the accident and i didn't want it sitting out, so i had to steal it basicly because i couldn't get to the bolts on the pass side to take it out the right way.

That really sucks about your Cavy. Now people wonder why I rip on women drivers. She blows through an intersection on a suspended license (still speeding despite being suspended for speeding), yet says YOU are at fault, LOL. The car is replaceable though, so its good your alright.
