i dont understand what u mean by that cause ive always noticed on the tmobile website that u can just order it off of there even if u arent a tmobile member.
When u are already a t-mobile customer.... Because of ur 1st getting the service or your credit history.. Sometime they make u wait until the end of ur contract to be able 2 upgrade ur phone and stuff ....
