i was just wondering who plans on attending rt 66 test and tune tuesdays to race their cavis or just watch, i was there tonight (opening day) and there was a red turbo eco running consistent 14.0-14.1's i was pretty impressed, just tryin to get an idea if anyone else plans on running their cars

^ sorry as i didnt make it there. I had everyone who was going with me puss out. then i went on my own only to sit stand still in trafic for 30 min and then crawl for another 1 1/2 -2 hrs. at 10 mph so i just took a u turn on one of those authorized vehical only turn arounds. Next week im going to leave my house a 3 and be there waiting at 4. and sorry for the delay on my response but my computer was broke n and it is fixed now.

Byron, IL and Union Grove, WI
Byron has GOBS of traction. can sometimes be too much as you'll see when you start hopping the front end. Usually get a little better time there if you can get a good launch. Lots of fast cars run there so you know its got the ability to hold the power. 3 weeks ago they had 200MPH cars running there.
GLD is good for top end speed numbers. ETs are normally a little higher due to the 60ft prep vs half-full track at Byron. If you can launch hard though GLD can be your best friend as it will hold TONS of power. Seen numerous 170+ MPH passes on the track.
