im looking to build a 1997 2.2 for oval dirt racing, looking to keep it on a budget but a little more power. rules say must be stock but looking to do what i can thats not noticable. plan on shaving head .020 thought about boring it. also some info on the lsp spring, and the sbc rockers. and anything else you guys can help with thank you
