ok so i have access to a computer controled mill and it can do about anything. is it possible to mill the cam housings down a little for more lift? or mill the cam lobes and put a flat top for longer duration and the housings for the same lift? just woundering.

are you a programmer, operator, etc? Or do you just have access. My brother in law is a master machinist with 38 years experience. The largest amount of time is spent programming. For a single one-off project you'll probably be better off farming stuff out to existing suppliers.

my uncle owns a shop and has been doing it for 25 years. i just want to know if it is possible at all.

nope. sorry man it doesnt work that way.
It's nice to be injected but I love being blown.
In theory you could do it. but its going to screw with all of your valvetrain geometry and probably make the car run like absolute horse @!#$. Especially with you lop the top of the cam lobe off. Yikes.
I'm pretty sure that a typical cnc mill's resolution would be too low for cam grinding.
