i have looked like crazy over 62+ pages.. and nothing is helping..i still dont know if the m45 only need 4 or 6oz. of s/c oil.. and do i need a catch can..and such... u able to help me out since ur sig is.."2001 z24 - under-construction".. i asume u have a bit of ork clocked and knowdge built up..thanks
you should use a catch can, i cant remember off the top of my head ho much s/c oil is needed but you should be fine with an educated guess.

pretty sure i only added 1 bottle of gm supercharger oil when i did mine and still runs good. dont qoute me on it tho.

You couldn't have looked very hard, because all of this information has been posted NUMEROUS times. Plus you haven't given us much info. Did you buy a complete kit or a partial kit that is missing parts? If you got a complete M45 kit, it comes with the 2 bar MAP, all the brackets, injectors, etc. Yes, you need the 2 bar map. Injectors are 310cc. You also need to get your ECM flashed to the GM S/C reflash so it can read the 2 bar map.

thank you, and i really did rea alot.. but nothing has the down and dirty details. does anyone have a 2 bar map i could buy? and i bought a partial kit.. with 95% of the stuff.. just doesnt have the injectors or the bottom m45 too block bracket.. and do i have to run a catch can.. since the ones i have seen dont have one..

I can look up the part number this week for the 2 bar map. You can get it right from GM. Otherwise look in the classifieds. They pop up from time to time.
The bracket is going to be hard to come by. I really doubt you'll find one. You can probably fab one up pretty easily. There isn't much to it.
And no, there is no reason to run a catch can.
You'll for sure need the slim profile oil/air separator that bolts to the block. It's in the middle of the picture....the plate with the two metal tubes coming off of it. One of the guys on the forum makes them i believe if you don't have it. OEM I think is the vendor name on here who has them.
Basically you need the s/c, brackets, injectors (310cc), 2 bar MAP, belt idler pulley, serpentine belt, and the bolts for the kit. You don't need the various tubes or the throttle bracket. All of that can be made to work if need be.

what extra bolts must i have.. i have the sc the top cam brackets the snout brackets and the idler pulley. and the belt. but its running a saller pulley.. anyone have a stock pulley..i could trade for? and any pics of the bottom bracket..? and how does the reflash quite workout..? i have a 2001 z24
and i have all the brackets but the one bottom.. where does or is the 2 bar map located at..is it on the supercharger.. any infor guys? and can i run the stock accelerator cables and just invert the cruize..so those cables will be fineeeee...? right or what?
