Cavalier induction flow

I got a free copy of CompCam's Desktop Dyno 2003 and Desktop Drag 2003 and I'm trying to make a 2200 so I can see what different mods will theoretically do to my power/torque curve and 1/4 times. So far I have everything as accurate as I can get it to a stock 2200 except the Induction Flow measured in CFM @ 3inHg. My teacher said stock on a 2.2 4-cyl will probably be around 300cfm but I want to know if anyone has ever tested their induction system on a flow bench or know the stock flow? I have the 56mm T/B and an AEM CAI and I'm going to see if I can talk my teacher into letting me test it on the flow bench before school, but for now idk. I'll probably have to test the intake manifold too which I'm not going to deal with, does anyone have a guess as to what the flow might be? Any help would be great, thanks.
OH - also does anyone know the stock lifter acceleration rate? I have no idea where I would find that, the program's default is "3"

I've found that no matter what you put the Intake Flow rate to it have very little effect on HP/TQ.

I have mine set to the lowest one that is labled as fuel injection.....seems to work fine...if you put it from maximum to minimum it only makes a few hp differance. On motors that don't make much HP I don't think it makes a big enough differance to matter.

I had my ramp ramp set to 3, and then I bumped it to 4 for my new cams since comp lists them as having a higher ramp rate.

The thing that makes the biggest differance is the head flow....get that bang on and it should be very accurate.

Any idea on stock head flow? Would a cyl head machine shop have a flow bench if they do heads? I'm planning on getting a port/polish so I could ask for flow before/after...
If I get a valve job though do I need bigger valves or do they typically leave the valve seat alone?

futz around with the default ones until you get the right hp and torque numbers in the right places on the graph.

I have no idea what the flow is for a stock 2.2OHV head....I've done mine for a 2.2Eco.

They may be able to do a valve angle job without touching the seats....I'm not sure....ussually people do that in conjunction with cutting the seats for larger valves...you would have to ask the machine shop.

Again, you would have to ask them if they have a flow bench...don't really need the before number seeing as your head would now be modified it would be irrelevent for you. Unless you wanna do it for the benifit of the community in which case go ahead. I think its usually $80-100 to flow bench on one set of ports, so x2 if you want a before and after.
