where could i possible find an aftermarket ecu that would be decently cheap or where could i send mine to have it reprogrammed for more horsepower and better performance?
LN4?? Do you mean the 2.2 OHV (LN2) ?

Your best bet is to buy HPtuners
here. A "better" tune still wont be the best for YOUR car. A good tune is specific to each car and the supporting mods it has.
