Hey guys, looking at cams for a ld9 and found a set, the casting numbers are intake 245742 and exhaust 225455, are these the ones i need for the secret cam swap, one number matched up with the sticky, but the second one didn't.


...you want a pic, then help me build something worth taking a pic of....

I know 225 455 is the exhaust cam but I'm not sure about the intake cast number, I'm sure someone will chime in and confirm.

there are two types of secret cams

the traditional secret cams include the 95 intake cam, and i think the 93 LO exhaust cam... something like that (its in the sticky) --- this is an ultra mild cam upgrade

but a few of us did this.... we got the 95 intake cam and an HO exhaust cam and tower and lifters... in this case you can run them on the stock springs with no issue, and it gets you a little more than mild cam upgrade...

i'll have my old set with towers for sale... soon ... i kinda want to wait until my current build is in the car and tuned before parting out any left overs from before.
