i have a set of 2200 coils sitting around with all the wiring and everything, i was wondering if all you have to do is cut the wires on the eco harness and color match the 2200 wires to it. i know there wont be any real performance gains, i just dont like the stock setup
im gonna say no, there is something in the coil housing thats necessary for it to work right.
when i used the 2200 coil pack and icm it worked fine no misfires or anything but i threw a check engine light. but then i used the stock icm with it wired to a neon coil pack and works perfect and no check engine light at all.
