i have spent many hours on this and testing various plug wires from my own vehicles and friends of mine
i have compiled a list of the ohms resistance in plug wires these were all tested with an actual ohms meter not reading it off a website or out of a magazine
to do this to your car take the wire off the engine carefully and useing a volt/ohms meter
hook the + up to the boot that goes to the coil and hook the - to the boot goin to the spark plug
8mm plug wires
granatelli m/t (light blue) - 2 ohms per foot (civic) no joke it actually read this
msd ignition super conductor 8.5mm - 33 ohms per foot (camaro)
accel thunder sport 300+ - 124 ohms per foot (monte carlo)
summit blue wires - 283 ohms per foot (mustang) spiral cores not solid
ln2 stock standard plus ln2 wires - 297 ohms per foot (cavalier)
accel super stock - 533 ohms per foot (sonoma)
magnecor kv85 - 1548 ohms per foot (my buddy was crying after i did this to his srt4)
7mm plug wires
bosch ultra premium - 52 ohms per foot - 35 dollars at canadian tire
ln2 stock stand plus - 380 ohms per foot (baretta)
im still reasearching on spark plugs and wich is the best one
if it start the next day it can be driven harder
