Ported and polished head or balanceshaft delete kit? Which would you get done first if you were me? Both will cost about the same amount of money.. the head, I might be able to get 1mm oversize valves too and the machining. I will get both eventually.

There is no easy ways to get HP, no magic box or gizmo... And if you get more hp, there's no way to make your car still behave and sound like a stock one. More hp usually makes your car louder, more vibrations and harder to drive...but still people hope or think maby there's some magic way to have it all, comfort, stock sound and drive.
If you have your engine out I'd do everything you want done before you put it back in. Its easier that way.
If the engine is out do the ballance shaft delete. If the engine is in do the head.
Engine is staying in, the BDK can be done with engine in, although it's more of a PITA...
