I am going to be ordering new exhaust valves for my Ecotec but I have noticed you can order either "single groove" or "tripple groove". Does it make a difference which one I use?

you'll need different keepers if you change the groove type

Or does any one have a pic of a stock exhaust valve, the part where the retainer goes. Or does any one know if it is a single of a triple groove. I have my spare engine apart but I haven't taken the valvetrain apart yet. I wanted to have the parts here before I take it apart.
Thanks
