What is the thickest factory radiator (don't want to spend $400 for one) I can put in my '96 Sunfire and what car do I need to get it out of ?

Autozone list four radiators for the J-Bodies. They range from 5/8" to 1" . Visteon 1" core radiator, the price was listed at $179.99.

I know the core in the Double-Deuce'd S-truck (With A/C) is a single-row aluminum, and the end-tanks look like they'll support at least three rows of the same design, so how many do the J-cars with the LN2 have? And why all the concern over increasing the amount flowed through the cooling area? Are you running that much dynamic compression with a real thin cylinder wall?
