ok this isnt really "performance" related but it is to do with the engine/ignition....
heres the short story...
so i get in our new to us 98 sunfire.. it's got the 2200 5 spd (isuzu tranny i think)... anyways i drove around a bit tonight and then out of the blue the car refuses to start by the key.. i rolled it up a hill and did the whole.. pop the clutch jump start thing and it started that way... after a quick under hood inspection i saw that theres a bit or corrosion on the negative post of the battery and thats about it.. everything under there seems fine... but no way in hell will the car start normally.. just the jump start..
anyone got any ideas.. i'm not really any good with diagnosing problems like this.. so help me out here i'll try to provide any more info if need be

How many miles are on the odometer?
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
like 50,100 km

Wow, those are pretty low miles (31,131.57mi, Converted). And you're having troubles already? Geez, I don't know where to start... Guys?
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
Check the clutch start switch and the wiring around that. Good luck to you.

NCR-SCCA
1. check fuses
2. check starter teminals fo corrosion/broken wires
3. test starter terminals to see if power is getting to the starter, if there's power have the starter tested
