hey everyone i have a 99 cavalier and i have 10.5mm spark plug wires on it i don't think its getting enough fuel for the spark should i replace my fuel injectors with 30lb/309 cc injectors?

Your fuel is fine. The only time you need to upgrade your injectors is when you add more air. So unless your boosted, your stock injectors are more than fine.
